Culture

Culture refers to the collection of beliefs, behaviors, practices, values, norms, symbols, and artifacts that characterize a particular group or society. It encompasses the ways of life shared by a community, including language, art, religion, cuisine, social habits, and traditions. Culture shapes individuals’ identities and influences how they perceive the world, interact with others, and express themselves. It is transmitted from one generation to the next through socialization and communication, evolving over time while remaining rooted in the historical context of its origins. Culture can vary widely between societies and can also exist within subcultures that reflect distinct characteristics of smaller communities.
